About me

Elke Wijffels Laursen (1969)

​

In 2009 I completed my yoga teacher training and started teaching Mindful Yoga in Utrecht Overvecht. I was trained in Mindfulness in education at the Academy for Mindful Teaching. I also passed this on to the students during the 17 years that I worked at the Marnix Academy (PABO) in Utrecht. After moving to Denmark at the beginning of 2020, I picked up Mindful Yoga again and, partly thanks to Corona, it is now online (Dutch). I also have started teaching yoga for 3 groups in Kolding (Danish).

Besides this, I write for a publisher of educational methods in The Netherlands, and as teacher in dutch for danish at international communication.
